Participate In The Event
Show your support, honor our heroes, and join the community in the 2nd Annual Billings Rotary Memorial Parade. Whether you’re walking, driving a single vehicle, bringing a full business float, or participating as a nonprofit or veteran organization, we welcome entries that align with the spirit of remembrance and community pride.
Participants may include individual vehicles, businesses, nonprofits, entertainers, veteran groups, first responders, and select vendors. Float ideas can range from simple walking groups to decorated vehicles or multiple cars. All participants must complete the registration form and waiver prior to the event.
Participation fees vary by entry type, with special considerations for nonprofits, entertainers, veteran groups, first responders, and veteran-owned vendors. Space is limited, and entries will be approved to ensure they are appropriate and consistent with the purpose of the parade. Select an option below to join us!
Select if you would like to join the parade as a single car or one motorcycle.
Select if you would like to join the parade with multipule cars or motorcycles.
Select this option if you are entertainment or an act. Examples include: marching band, horses, cheerleaders, stilt walker, etc.
Select if you would like to join the parade as a non-profit. You can have as many cars, motorcycles, people, etc. as you’d lilke.
Select if you would like to join the parade as a business. You can have as many cars, motorcycles, people, etc. as you’d lilke.
Select the option if you would like to set up as a vendor or food truck at the end of the event under Skypoint.
Select this option if you are apart of a Veteran Group. Examples include: VNN, VA, VFW, Dog Tag Buddies, etc.
Select if you would like to join the parade as a someone running for office. You can have as many cars, motorcycles, people, etc. as you’d lilke.
Select this option if you are a First Responder. Examples include: firefighters, police, EMT, etc.
Select the option if you are apart of a Veterans Group and would like to set up a booth at the end of the event under Skypoint.
